Rev. John Dear is a longtime peace activist, organizer, and author of 35 books on peace and nonviolence, including most recently, Praise Be Peace: The Psalms of Peace and Creation in a Time of War and Climate Change. He is the executive director of the Beatitudes Center for the Nonviolent Jesus where he offers regular Zoom workshops. He was nominated by Archbishop Desmond Tutu for the Nobel Peace Prize.
